Symptom

  • Add property usehwnd=no in the [datastore behavior] section of the pb.ini file
  • Use the SetText DataWindow method to set an empty string to a numeric colum
  • Use the AcceptText DataWindow method to validate the changes
  • Verify that the DataWindow ItemError event is abnormally thrown
