Symptom

SAP SQL Anywhere shuts down and reports:

Assertion failed: 200114 (12.0.1.4104)[BI4_CMS]
Can't find values for row 18614:5 in index 'ObjName_I7' -- transaction rolled back
SQLCODE=-301
SQLSTATE=HY000

OR

*** ERROR *** Assertion failed: 200138 (17.0.8.4103) Can't find values for row 274e:15 in index 'ObjName_I7'
