2178484 - EPM Add-in conflicts with other Microsoft Office add-ins

When third party Microsoft Office add-ins are loaded in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word or Powerpoint at the same time with the SAP EPM Add-in, one or more of the following symptoms may occur:

• The Microsoft Office application becomes slow, unresponsive or hangs.
• The functionality or performance of the SAP EPM Add-in is negatively affected.
• The functionality or performance of the third party add-in is negatively affected.
• Users are unable to Open the EPM Add-In through EXCEL application. Microsoft Excel error : "Excel is running into problems with the 'fpmxlclient.connect' add-in. If this keeps happening, disable this add-in and check for available updates. Do you want to disable it now?"
