Symptom

  • Error when trying to open any Crystal reports using SAP Authentication in CMC / BI launchpad
  • When trying to authenticate using Enterprise method, reports can be opened and refreshed fine
  • Error: "The viewer was able to process not an event. The information on the database login for this report are either incomplete or incorrect. [] ---- Error code: 0 [CRWEB00000119]"
