2178688 - Dump ASSIGN_LENGTH_0 during opening DART extract

Symptom

Problem reported with DUMP (Program error: ASSIGN with length 0 in program "SAPLTXW1" in the transaction FTWF or in any place where an extract file should be opened (FTWL, FTWE, FTWD etc.).
Module name: TXW_FILENAME_ISO9660_CHECK

Another error message may occur if you want to create a new extract in FTW1A with a new file name.

The error message is then XW 057.
