2178977 - Job scheduling fails on DBA Planning Calendar - SAP ASE for Business Suite

Symptom

  • The backup schedule is implemented as per SAP Note 1588316, but the scheduled actions are not started as expected sometimes.
  • There's red light on DBA Planning Calendar for the scheduled actions and the scheduling fails with error "scheduling failed" 
  • There are chances that the failed action(DBA Action) is "postponed" with some delay, and a second call for same job succeeds with "External Action"
