2179036 - ATE PPC and WPF Signature Property option: Include Time and Date in Signature Image-Agentry presentation difference

Symptom

The WinCE (ATE view) and WPF differs slightly in presentation during a signature capture. In ATE PPC view, the date and time shows during signature capture while the WPF does not display date and time.
