Symptom

In STMS, reading transport queues fails in TMS_MGR_READ_TRANSPORT_QUEUE, function TMS_CI_CHECK_ACCESSTOKEN with error
(CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT', communication rc: CM_PRODUCT_SPECIFIC)

STMS -> Alert Viewer shows like:

Every error in STMS has its reflection on SM21 of the system whose connection fails:
    dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm:ss DIA 002 000 TMSADM Q0I Operating system call getaddrinfo failed (error no. 4 )

-> Sys log doc:
The specified operating system call was returned with an error. For communication calls (receive, send, etc) often the cause of errors are network problems. It could also be a configuration problem at operating system level. (file cannot be opened, no space in the file system etc.).
