2179479 - RSTLAN_IMPORT_OCS: Parallel OCS import for several languages. Limitation

From SAP note 1755236, and SPAM Version 47, we can perform the OCS import for several languages at the same time, in parallel. We must directly call the report RSTLAN_IMPORT_OCS for this.

If you enter a language vector instead of an "import language" on the selection screen of RSTLAN_IMPORT_OCS (use the 1 byte identifiers of the languages), the system executes the OCS import for all languages covered by this language vector.

However, parallel OCS import cannot be used for languages like:

a        AF       afZA        Afrikaans
b        IS       isIS         Icelandic
c        CA       caES        Catalan
d        SH       shYU       Serbian (Latin)
i         ID       idID         Indonesian

They should be imported as formerly, in a single import and using the "Import Language" field selection
