2179637 - Accessing infostructure tables has performance problem

• System timeout occurs when attempting to access infostructure from any application. Alternatively, access is successful but very slow.
• In the timeout dump file, it is stated that the error occurs at local implementation method lcl_asit_dbcursor=>NEXT in class CF_ASIT_INTERNAL at below line:
   
  FETCH NEXT CURSOR dbcursor INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF ex_result.
