2179637 - Accessing infostructure tables has performance problem

• Timeout happens when you try to access infostructure from any application, or the access to infostructure is very slow.
• In the timeout dump file, you can see the timeout error happens at local implementation method lcl_asit_dbcursor=>NEXT in class CF_ASIT_INTERNAL at below line:
   
  FETCH NEXT CURSOR dbcursor INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF ex_result.
