2179662 - ONS1034: "APSP... not found in X509Store" during enrollment

Symptom

  • Devices enroll successfully, but the following errors are seen in the Server log:

ONS1034: Push Service issued an error: APSP:xxxxxxxx-yyyy-zzzz-000-111111111111 not found in X509Store during enrollment
ONS1034: Controlling device 'Blah' (address 'Blah@company.com') - Fail-MDM send error.

  • Policies, including the Afaria Application, are not pushed to the device
  • Policies are successfully received on the device if the Apply Policies is run
