Some users don’t see the “View Candidate Ratings” tab

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Recruiting>Job Requisitions
2. Click any job req
3. User cannot see the "View Candidate Ratings" tab 

• User is acting as a Recruiting Role which doesn't have enough permissions due to the configuration in the Job Requisition XML Template.
• At least one candidate on the requisition has not been given an overall rating.

"View Candidate Ratings" is a link to the summary of interviewers’ ratings (based on competencies). You can access this link from two places from the job requisition page:

To grant permissions to a Recruiting Role to see the “View Candidate Ratings” button, please work with your Implementation Partner requesting configuration change - adding feature permissions for the field interviewAssessment into your Job Requisition Template. Please note that when this permission is granted, any Operator that is participating of the Requisition will be able to view that tab. If all the correct permissions have been granted and you are still not seeing the "View Candidate Ratings" button then you need to check if at least one of the candidates on the requisition have been given an overall rating.

See in the below example that at least one candidate has done an interview and has been rated on the competencies:

However, the "View Candidate Ratings" button is still missing:

This is because at least one of the candidates has not been given an overall rating. An overall rating is either "Recommended" or "Not Recommended":

You will need to give an overall rating to at least one of the candidates by clicking on Rate Now and either selecting "Recommended" or "Not Recommended" and then "I'm Done":

Now the 'View Candidate Ratings' button will appear:
