2179959 - Unable to See "View Candidate Ratings" tab - Recruiting Management

• Users are unable to see the "View Candidate Ratings" tab within Job Requisitions.
• This issue may affect all users or only specific users within the system.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Recruiting > Job Requisitions.
2. Open any job requisition.
3. Observe that the "View Candidate Ratings" tab is not visible.

"View Candidate Ratings" is a link to the summary of interviewers’ ratings. This link can be accessed from the following locations.

• Job Requisition page:
  
• New Applicant Workbench:
  
• Legacy Applicant Workbench (when Interview Scheduling is not enabled):
  

1. None of the candidates associated with the job requisition has been given an overall rating (Recommended or Not Recommended). The tab will not be displayed when only competency ratings have been submitted.
2. If the issue affects all users across the instance, the "Enable Stack Ranker Style Interview Assessments" feature may have not been enabled in Provisioning.

The "View Candidate Ratings" link becomes visible when the following conditions are met:

1. The "Enable Stack Ranker Style Interview Assessments" feature has been enabled in Provisioning > Company Settings.
   • Note: If this feature is disabled, interviewers can still access and submit ratings in Interview Central; however, the "View Candidate Ratings" link will not be displayed in Recruiting Management.
2. At least one candidate associated with the job requisition has an Overall Rating (Recommended or Not Recommended) submitted by an interviewer in Interview Central.
   

Requirements for Submitting an Overall Rating:

1. The "interviewAssessment" feature permission has been granted to operator roles in the Job Requisition Template. This feature permission enables operators to schedule interviews.

2. An interview has been scheduled for a candidate associated with the job requisition, and an interviewer has been assigned to the interview.
   
   

Note: When the "View Candidate Ratings" link is available for a job requisition, it is visible to all operators associated with that job requisition. The visibility of this link is not controlled by the "interviewAssessment" feature permission or operator roles. Restricting access to the link for specific operators while allowing access for others is not supported.
