2180129 - No positions are displayed on browse position screen while trying to add nomination in the Nomination Portlet

• No positions are displayed while trying to add nomination from the browse position option.

• It displays that there is noposition that the user can be nominated.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Login into the Success factor instance.
2. Proxy as the manager (or any user) of the user who has succession planning permission to nominate successors and target population is his/her direct reports.
3. Home > My Employee files - Search for the user who is one of the direct reports of the manager.
4. Click on the Add Nomination in the Nomination Portlet and then click on the browse option.
5. It does not revert with any positions the to which we want to nominate the user.

Or the user to display positions under the browse option, the users jobcode should be linked under Manage Job Profile Content > Set Up Families and Roles in Admin tools.

1. Login into the Success factor instance.
2. Home > Admin Tools > Manage Users - Search for the user for whom you want to do the nomination and take note of the jobcode of the user Example - 100586
3. Admin Tools > Manage Job Profile Content >Set Up Families and Roles and add the jobcode of the user under the family and role accordingly.

    4. Proxy as the manager of the user who has succession planning permission to nominate successor.

    5. Home > My Employee files - Search for the user who is one of the direct reports of the manager.

    6. Click on the Add Nomination in the Nomination Portlet and then click on the browse option - The positions the user can be nominated is displayed correctly.
