2180470 - Conflicting TM messages issued when creating STO SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

Stock Tansport Order (STO) is created in a ME21n transaction, the Transportation Management (TM) process is receiving two messages from Process Integration (PI) -

POP_TransportationRequestSUITERequest_Out

POP_TransportationRequestSUITECancellationRequest_Out

One message for the creation of the order, and one that cancels it.

The orders are received in TM interface with the life cycle status: CANCELLED.
