2180529 - Change SuccessFactors Login URL - Custom Domain for SAP SuccessFactors

• Is it possible to change SuccessFactors login URL ? 
• Is it possible to login to SuccessFactors via a customized login URL ? 
• Is it possible to have SuccessFactors URL change to a custom domain URL ?  
• How to change SuccessFactors login URL (example https://performancemanagerX.successfactors.com/login?) to a customer url, like "xyzcompany.com" for company xyz.
• Does SuccessFactors support custom domain URL set up ? 
• As a SuccessFactors administrator can I change SuccessFactors login URL to a customized URL that follows my company pattern ?

To fulfill an internal company requirement, customer may want to change the SuccessFactors hosted login URL for their respective company.

SuccessFactors does not support custom URL/subdomain, configuration changes on Web server facilities or DNS server facilities.

As an alternative, to meet this specific requirement, customer are requested to coordinate with their IT department and discuss if the requirement can be fulfilled through configurational changes in "Company DNS server" Using DNS entries, a URL can be redirected to other URL.

Example - If an user types abcd.com and hit enter, DNS entries will redirect them as per the configuration, i.e. if abcd.com is mapped to xyz.com, the user will be automatically taken to xyz.com.

This article is to clarify/confirm that SuccessFactors cannot change the hosted URL for any company alone and this request is out of scope to support.
