2180603 - XRS1383: Transport: Request Semaphore Failed - Afaria

Symptom

Receive the error in the SAP Afaria Server message logs:

XRS1383: Transport: Request Semaphore Failed. (Soc_Xnet.cpp,2746). Last claimed on line '2656'. Sts = '258'. EXPLANATION: The server attempted to request an NT mutual-exclusion semaphore which marks a packet buffer as in use by a session. The semaphore could not be requested. ACTIONS: If the problem recurs, contact your support representative for assistance and provide the Error field value.
