The functionality of Team Cart doesn't work anymore after system upgrade that falls into the following scope.
- From SRM 7.0 EHP2 SP13 or lower releases to SRM 7.0 EHP3 or EHP4.
and
- Before upgrade, if SRM is running on 7.0 EHP2 with Support Package equal to or lower than SP13, Harmonized Substitution is not yet implemented and activated according to note 1893605 and the notes mentioned in this note.
For example, substitutes don't exist in the user settings or users are not able to create any team shopping carts.
