2181272 - Performance issues with BI 4.1 when installed with Trend Micro OfficeScan 10.6

After installing SAP BI 4.1 on Windows 2012 with Trend Micro Office Scan 10.6, you will notice that the tmlistener.exe, WMIprvSE.exe, cms.exe, java.exe processes are using the majority of your server's processing time.

When examined using Process Monitor you will notice that the tmlistener.exe Private Bytes will eventually climb very much like a memory leak – continuously increasing.

Once all memory on the system is depleted, the SAP BI servers and CMS become unresponsive.

This is noticed sooner the less memory your server has and the more severs you have configured.
