  • EU Access is activated on one of your systems and immediate SAP assistance is required.
  • In order to reduce impact to your business operation, users decide to temporarily allow access to this system from countries outside the EU/EEA/Switzerland.
  • You have activated EU Access and you are facing a severe business critical situation, such as, but not limited to, a priority “Very High” incident or any business critical situation, for which remote access to your PROD and/or TEST system is required.
  • You have an S-User with the “Open Remote Connections” and the “Deactivate Remote Access Restrictions” authorization.
