2181660 - Audit data for WebIntelligence no longer written to SQL Server database

Symptom

  • Auditing events are not inserted into the SQL Server database
  • The <boinstall>/SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0/Auditing folder grows in size
  • Error message in the Central Management Server logs (High tracing level required) - will not appear in default logs:
.\AuditDatabaseSubsystem_impl.cpp:169) DBConnectionHolder - (AuditDB) - Caught retryable error with Code 7139, Msg: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 10.0][SQL Server]Length of LOB data (<number>) to be replicated exceeds configured maximum 65536.  Number of retryable errors on this connection is 1
