2181757 - Activation of DAP dumps with CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FORM / SDB2FDBS

When try to activate newly created Data Archiving Process (DAP), the following short dump occurs:

    Call (PERFORM) to a non-existent external routine.

"FIELD_DEFVALUE_GEN" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.

Program "SDB2FDBS" is trying to execute an external PERFORM: routine "GET_DEFAULT_INFO" of program "SDB2FSIQ".  This routine does not exist however.
