2182324 - Response Control: Notification task Planned start and finish date calculation

The Response Control functionality regarding quality notifications is in use, and tasks are added to the notification. The task Planned start or finish dates are not calculated according to the expectations. For example: the notification Required End date is copied to the task Planned finish date, and Response time or Service window is not taken into account.
