Symptom

  • Client syncs fail
  • The Relay Server log shows:

    RSE1003: Failed decoding session id 'void' from client request
  • A wireshark network trace shows:

    HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request
    Date: Wed, 17 Jun 2015 18:13:55 GMT
    Server: Apache
    Set-Cookie: ias-rs-sessionid=void; expires=Tue, 1-Jan-1980 00:00:00 GMT
    Connection: close
    Transfer-Encoding: chunked
