Symptom

  • Scheduling Web Intelligence (WebI) reports to a specific Server Group fails with the error:

Database error: (CS) "DBDriver failed to load: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\drivers\lib64\dbd_oci.dll (%1 is not a valid Win32 application. )" (IES 10901)

  • Both 32 bit and 64 bit Oracle Drivers installed on the server
  • dbd_oci.dll is in fact missing in the mentioned directory
