2183378 - Error Message=[Adhoc internal error while loading SDS [ectft].]

The below exception is thrown when any API operation is attempted from the SFAPI entity ADHOC_ectft

[EXCEPTION] Exception=[SFAPI Domain Error!] Error Code=[ADHOC_INTERNAL_ERROR] Error Message=[Adhoc internal error while loading SDS [ectft].] 

SuccessFactors System

These errors are re-producible by attempting to expand the fields of the affected API entity. This is as shown below.

Navigation

Admin Tools --> SFAPI Data dictionary --> Scroll down towards the API entity "ADHOC_ectft"

This issue can be fixed by activating the below object definitions.

Navigation

Admin Tools --> Configure Object Definitions --> Select Object Definition

Enter Department - click on Edit and then change the Status to Active.
Enter Division - click on Edit and then change the Status to Active.
Enter BusinessUnit - click on Edit and then change the Status to Active.
Enter LegalEntity - click on Edit and then change the Status to Active.

This will prevent the internal Adhoc errors for this entity.
