2183625 - The ship-to party selection pop-up is not triggered when sold-to party is entered into ERP order

Symptom

  • When an ERP Sales document is created in CRM Web UI, and the sold-to party is entered, the expected ship-to party selection pop up is not presented to the user
  • Customer expects the to be able to select the ship to from a pop-up based on the sold to that was entered.
  • Similar pop-up works fine when a similar sales document is created directly in the ERP backend system
