2183634 - CTS+: Error CANNOT_GET_DEFAULT_REQUEST

Symptom

During a CTS+ export in the Enterprise Services Builder there is the following error:

The error message in screenshot above is a generic message, verify defaultTrace_XX.X.trc file (/usr/sap/<SID>/<JXX>/j2ee/cluster/server<X>/log is directory in which defaultTrace is located) for more details.

Following are some usual errors/exceptions reported in defaultTrace:
