2183652 - Error 16367 when running installmaster - SAP ASE

• Upgrade from ASE 15.7 SP131 to ASE 15.7 SP134.
• When running the installmaster script as one of the DBA's logins
• Receiving the following error:

Msg 16367, Level 16, State 1:
Server SERVER_NAME, Procedure 'sp_sysmon':
EXECUTE AS OWNER procedures cannot be created by an alias or with the SETUSER command when the procedure has SQL statements that reference objects across databases. 
Create the procedure from a non-impersonated session.

• This DBA login has always been used for this process.
