2183702 - People Profile 3 - Include Variable Pay Statements as part of UX Everywhere project for EC

Variable Pay statements can be now seeing under People Profile 3 as part of EC project.

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

The steps below should be performed by a full administrator user:

1. Go to ‘Configure People Profile’ under Employee Files:

2. Add a new section by clicking button ‘Add a new Section’ and add a name to the section and hit Save button:

 

3. Add a subsection, add a name and hit Save button:

4. Add the blocks you want to see in People Profile by drag-n-drop and hit Save button:

5. Logged as super admin, grant the section permission you just added:
1. Go to Set User Permissions
2. Manage Permission Roles
3. Enter at the specific role
4. Permission button
5. Employee Views option
6. Select the box you want employees have access in People Profile:

6. Give time for the system to load the information changed logging out. Logging in back and proxy in with a valid user > go to My Employee File and the new feature will be available appearing the Variable Pay statements (if customer has any):
