2183721 - Retrieval of Field Properties Failed on Extension Fields

For an Extension Field, when you click on Field Definition, error appears:
Retrieval of field properties failed.

1. Using HTML5
2. Enter Adaptation Mode
3. Click Edit Master Layout
4. Select any Extension Field
5. Leave your mouse on the field and click on Change Properties (first icon on the left)
6. Click Field Definition
7. Error appears Retrieval of field properties failed

 

Currently, for fields created via PDI / Customized Solutions the field definition is not supported

The workaround is to use the solution itself to change the field properties
