Resolution

Recruiting Marketing customers have two different methods of job import process: Kapow job collection and Real Time Sync (only applicable for Recruiting Management customers).

If you have recently migrated from Kapow job collection to Real Time Sync, you will probably notice that the Job IDs no longer appear at the top of the job description pages for the reasons presented below.

The Kapow import method offers the ability to insert the Requisition IDs in the job description pages as an additional field similar to the “Date” and “Location” fields. This can be configured at the moment of the site implementation or later on through paid implementation via Professional Services.

The Real Time Sync (RTS) import method does not allow a field mapping between Recruiting Marketing and Recruiting Management in regards to the Job Requisition ID. The option available in this case to have the IDs showing up on the Job Description page is to modify the job requisition template from Recruiting Management side to include the Requisition ID. The Requisition ID token can be included into the job description field so that the ID will be pulled from RCM directly to the job description page in RMK without any further field association needed.
