2184230 - "Failed to get SiteUrl" error when adding VLS Settings for Instructor-LMS

When adding VLS Settings for Instructor the following error is generated:

 SAP SuccessFactors Learning - All Supported Versions

The site name and server address may not be same in the VLS configuration.

Check the VLS configuration: Admin > System Admin> Configuration >VLS Configuration

<site_name>plateautc</site_name>

The text in bold should be the same in the api address and in the site name.
