2184239 - Oracle OCI.DLL Fails to Load in IDE - SAP PB

Symptom

After upgrading Oracle client on Windows development machine from 32-bit to 64-bit Version 11.2.0.1.0, previously established connections using the ORA driver within the IDE return Oracle library OCI.DLL failed to load. The application being developed had to be recompiled to 64-bit and it runs and connects to Oracle 11g without error using the 64-bit ORA native driver.
