2184287 - ERROR #58 when replicating ASE DATETIME to DB2 TIMESTAMP - SRS

Symptom

When replicating SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) DATETIME to DB2 TIMESTAMP, SAP Replication Server (SRS) connection to DB2 is shutdown with the following error:

ERROR #58 DSI EXEC(106(1) DC.DB2_db) - s/packer.c(14010)
 Failed to convert from CS_CHAR_TYPE to type 12.
The DSI thread for database 'DC.DB2_db' is shutdown.
