2184288 - PB .NET assembly - not finding dw object - SAP PB

Symptom

A Visual Studio 2012 WPF application calls a Visual Studio 2012 .NET assembly.  The
VS .NET  assembly calls a PowerBuilder .NET assembly and getting an error that it can't find the datawindow object.

From a process monitor log, it shows that PowerBuilder is searching for:
C:\MyTest\wpf_test\Debug\d_form_loan_mod.srd


If the Visual Studio WPF  application references the PowerBuilder .NET assembly, than it works ok:
For example, adding this line:
 test_assembly.n_test_assembly whyAmIHere = null;


The PowerBuilder .NET assembly contains 2 pbls.   One of the pbls contains the NonVisual Component and the
other pbl contains the datawindow object.
