Symptom
Due to system Outage, a request can be manually cancelled, so that no action can be taken on the Access Request. Ideally, all cancelled Access Requests do not show up in the approver’s inbox. However, in very rare cases, the Cancelled Access Request still appears in the Approver's Inbox. The customer has tried both the below options for trying to remove the Access Request from Approver's Inbox but both did not yield desired results.
1.Using SE38 => GRFNMW_MANUAL_INSTANCE_CANCEL
2.Using SWWL to delete work item
