When creating a story, the error message "Error HDB 04008: Failed to process custom enrichment suggestion file. Check the file." shows up in the error log file.

Note: Error log files are usually found in the folder:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\sapvi\logs

• This issue can occur if the file "enrichment_suggestions.1.28.0.txt" which is located in the folder C:\Users\<username>\.sapvi has become corrupted.

To resolve this issue, delete the file enrichment_suggestions.1.28.0.txt and restart Lumira Desktop - it will recreate it.
