2184454 - CST - "NiHLGetNodeAddr: NiPGetHostByName failed (rc=-1)" error in ICM trace

Symptom

Observed below errors in dev_icm trace when the system is just started.

*** ERROR => NiHLGetNodeAddr: NiPGetHostByName failed (rc=-1) [nixxhl.cpp   279]
*** ERROR => NiHLGetHostName: NiPGetHostByAddr failed (rc=-1) [nixxhl.cpp   498]

ICM started ok and works fine although above errors are logged in ICM trace.
