In Managed System Configuration (MSC) step 4 Enter System Parameters for a managed system, the following error displays when testing the logon for the Setup User (Admin) in the JAVA parameters section:
"Logon Test Failed for user <Setup_Admin_User>
Details: No configuration found for key (<SID>/<instNumber>/sap/sapj2ee/P4/port)"
