Symptom
- ODBC DSN setting has default isolation level of 0
- An ODBC application explicitly modifies the isolation level by calling SQLSetConnectAttr and sets SQL_TXN_ISOLATION value to SQL_TXN_SERIALIZABLE, which is isolation level 3
