2184825 - Field TCTIOBJVAL: Date type change from SSTRING to CHAR not possible

Post upgrade to BW 7.4 when activating InfoObject 0TCTIOBJVAL you get the following error:

• InfoObject 0TCTIOBJVAL is not consistent. Activate it.
• When you try to activate the infoobject you get another error: "Field TCTIOBJVAL: Date type change from SSTRING to CHAR not possible"
