2184862 - Static license key SAP Sybase Replication Server Editions and options -SRS

• The Replication Server manual mentions "static license file" but there is no mention where to obtain the license file.
• Error messages point to missing license keys with one (or more) of the below features but such license keys cannot be requested:
  • DC_ECDA
  • RAX_SERVER
  • RAM_SERVER
  • RAO_SERVER
  • RAU_SERVER
  • REP_EC_ORA
  • RAO_SERVER DC_ORACLE

• Message example:  
  • • LICENSE  MESSAGE: Sysam MesageID:131281  Severity:100  Message:Failed to obtain 1 license(s) for DC_ORACLE feature from license file(s) or server(s).
    • LICENSE  MESSAGE: Sysam MesageID:131077  Severity:100  Message:No such feature exists. Verify that a license containing the feature name DC_ORACLE is available or generate and deploy the license from the Sybase Product Download Center.
