2185002 - Failed to load or parse SSH key - Boomi

In the Boomi process log there is the following error: Failed to load or parse SSH Key.

Boomi Atomsphere

Here are the known causes for this issue:

1. This error is thrown when the user key is not supported by Boomi;
2. The file of the SSH key is incorret. For example, if your key file name is 'SSHkey.pem' and it's located in the local folder, the file path must be set as 'local/SSHkey.pem'. If your file path goes only to the folder and does not specify the file name, the error will be thrown.

2. Correct the file path.
