2185011 - IQ server start-up failure, due to error on a DBfile

Customer encountered a secondary server start-up failure with below error, after added DB file for IQ_Shared_Temp on Secondary.
It looked to be problem in dbfile 'D:\SybaseIQData\SYBASEIQ\IQ**2.iqmsg'. Due to this problem, customer couldn't bring up the secondary.
