V_T7RU9PAR_VAL is application table, which is changed at a minimum once per quarter to prepare the payroll reporting (4FSS, RSV1).

There are several legal entities and enterprises maintained in a system, and responsibilities for each legal entity are divided between users. You want to create transaction for end-user to maintain V_T7RU9PAR_VAL for their responsible legal entities

Prerequisites

Maintenance of V_T7RU9PAR_VAL is allowed in the production system. Table is classified as Application Data - type A.

For the maintenance it is required pre-configured IDs:

• field Parameter (a key that contains some data)
• field Version Number (a unique ID that is assigned to the organization)

Visually, assignment can be seen in VC_T7RU9A_GROUPS or VC_T7RU1655_GROUPS.

Identifiers must be configured not in a productive system
