Symptom

Restoring a backup from one machine to another machine gives this error:

 JVMJ9VM011W Unable to load j9jit26: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
 Could not execute statement.
 Error during backup/restore: error reading from /backup/DEVIQ.dmp ()
 SQLCODE=-697, ODBC 3 State="HY000"
 File: "restore.sql" on line 1, column 1
