Symptom

  • Schedule run failed with error after assigned default schedule access level in BI 4.1 SP03.
  • Clicking Formats in Schedule page, the error: org.apache.jasper.JasperException: com.businessobjects.sdk.core.exception.common.IllegalArgumentException: [IllegalArgumentException] (Error: RWI 00011) .
  • Clicking Caching in Schedule page, the error: while trying to invoke the method com.businessobjects.sdk.plugin.desktop.webintelligence.IWebIntelligence.getContentLocales() of a null object loaded from local variable 'intelligenceObj' .
  • Schedule fails with error: session is closed.
