2185563 - Error occurs when refresh or search list of values which based on BW bex hierarchy node variable

• When user refresh the list of value(LOV) of the hierarchy node variable, the following error will occur.
  'For input string: "#" (WIS 00000)'
• When user use search function to search values in LOV of hierarchy node variable, the following error will occur.
  Error: Cannot execute search; hierarchy is too large

• SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform(BI) 4.1
