2185734 - How to control "Insert New Record" and edit existing record actions in Job History UI – Employee Central

There is a requirement to control access to the "Insert New Record" action and editing of existing records in the Job Information History UI, because these actions/corrections do not trigger a workflow.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

The following set of Role-Based Permissions will allow the user to:

• Use the History (Clock) icon to view historical records.
• Use the Edit (Pencil) icon to perform edit actions by inserting a new record.

However, these permissions will restrict the user from inserting new records or editing existing records directly from the History UI.
