2185869 - Warning symbol (!) in "My Team" tab

A warning symbol (!) appears for the users when a manager views the "My Team" tab.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access the Learning environment using a manager account >
2. Click "My Team" tab >
3. The exclamation mark appears for some users >
4. If you hover the mouse on the "(!)" symbol, the "Has Incomplete Activities" message appears.

If an item is overdue for the user and a curricula or a program is incomplete, the warning (exclamation point) will show up in the user's name marking it as pending.

Ask for the user to complete the overdue item(s) and finish the incomplete curricula/program.
